About this service

Trindex is an accommodation research and comparison website. These terms describe use of this website, not a contract for travel or accommodation. We do not accept reservations, take booking payments or provide traveller accounts. Access to administration is restricted to authorised administrators.

Research, not live availability

Property descriptions, translations, room examples, bath information and meal information are reference material based on the sources identified on the site. They may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors. A source-check date is not a promise that a property or room is available today.

A feature reported for one room or plan does not apply to every room or booking. Total guest capacity does not establish adult capacity. Missing information means unconfirmed, not unavailable. Before making arrangements, confirm your dates, exact room, adult and child occupancy, bath facilities, meals, accessibility, total price, taxes and cancellation conditions directly with the property or booking provider.

External websites and bookings

Following an external link takes you to a separate service. Any reservation or purchase is governed by the contract you enter into with the property, booking provider or other seller identified there, and by applicable law. Their privacy and payment terms also apply to their services. Trindex does not confirm, change or cancel bookings, collect payments for them or issue refunds on a provider's behalf.

An external link does not by itself indicate a partnership, endorsement, exclusive offer or lowest-price guarantee. Contact the relevant provider about a reservation or special request. This description of our role does not remove responsibility we may have under applicable law for our own conduct.

Affiliate transparency

If a link can earn Trindex a commission from a qualifying booking or purchase, we identify that relationship near the link. An ordinary official-property link is not automatically an affiliate link. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page; that page is not a substitute for a disclosure alongside a commercial link.

The optional Travelpayouts connection-test tool loads only when you choose to enable it on its test page. Enabling the tool does not make a reservation. See our privacy policy before using it.

Lawful use

You may browse and compare information for lawful research and trip planning. Do not attempt unauthorised access to administration or data, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, interfere with other visitors or impose excessive automated requests. Do not use the site to impersonate another person, infringe rights or misrepresent a commercial relationship.

We may limit access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or maintenance. Such measures must remain consistent with applicable law and do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Content and intellectual property

Original site material may be protected by intellectual property rights. Property names, trademarks, source excerpts and photographs may belong to their respective owners; their inclusion does not transfer ownership to Trindex. Factual information is not claimed as our exclusive property.

Check the relevant rights holder's terms before reusing protected material. Any photograph-specific licence is identified on our image credits page; a licence for one image does not cover other material. Nothing here restricts quotation, fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law.

Safety and professional advice

The site is not an emergency service and does not provide personalised medical, legal, immigration or safety advice. Descriptions of hot springs are not health recommendations. Consult appropriate professionals and official authorities where needed, and ask the property about dietary requirements, bathing suitability, accessibility and local conditions before travel.

Responsibility and your rights

We aim to present research carefully, but do not promise uninterrupted access, completeness or suitability for every individual need. These statements explain the limits of the information service; they are not an exclusion of all liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain available. Any responsibility for loss will be determined under applicable law; these terms impose no fixed or zero monetary liability cap and no blanket waiver of claims.

Changes

We may update information, features or these terms. We will show the revised date and give appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing provider booking or take away accrued rights. Where the law requires consent or additional notice, posting an update alone is not a substitute.

Our privacy policy explains technical data, administrator sessions and optional third-party tools. The contact page lists the available channel for corrections, rights-related concerns and questions about these terms. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
