Time to unwind
Onsen & bathing
Both men’s and women’s communal outdoor baths face Mount Fuji, with visibility depending on the weather. Room categories differ: the Asian Twin’s private outdoor bath uses heated regular water, not hot-spring water. Choose a category explicitly described as having an onsen if that matters. The hotel’s published rule does not allow guests with tattoos to use the communal baths.

Meals & stay plans
The main dining choices are a premium dinner buffet and a Japanese-and-Western breakfast buffet. The chef’s special kaiseki course is listed for the New Year holiday period, rather than as the standard year-round dinner. Check meal inclusion and the dining format in your chosen booking plan.

Before you book
Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out 11:00, subject to the plan. Children under three are listed as staying and eating free when sharing existing bedding, without complimentary child amenities. Select the room’s view and bath type together; a hotel-level Mount Fuji view does not mean every room has one.
