Onsen & bathing
Cloudy hot-spring water from Owakudani supplies the communal baths and selected room outdoor baths. The Otome and Kintoki private outdoor baths have paid 45-minute slots arranged at check-in. The hotel directs guests with tattoos to a private bath or an outdoor-bath room rather than communal bathing. Indoor room baths use heated regular water; the hot-spring exception is the room’s outdoor bath.

Meals & stay plans
Dinner is a monthly changing kaiseki menu served course by course. The room category determines whether you dine in your room or at Senkyoro Yo, and menus vary by plan. Dietary requests require advance discussion; the FAQ specifically says the kitchen cannot cater for guests who cannot eat fish. This is a material limitation when choosing a dinner-inclusive stay.

Before you book
Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out 10:00, and all rooms are non-smoking.
