Seasonal kaiseki is a central part of the stay. Breakfast can be Japanese or Western. Dinner is listed for 18:00 or 19:00; late arrival may mean it cannot be served. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The FAQ sets no minimum stay age. Guests still wearing nappies cannot use the communal baths or pool. The ryokan states that it has no fully barrier-free guestroom.
