Onsen & bathing

Communal baths on the second and sixth floors each have indoor and outdoor areas, switching between men and women overnight. The upper baths face the mountains, while the lower ones sit closer to the Hayakawa River. There is no reservable private bath; choose a suitable room with its own bath for private bathing. Standard room unit baths do not use hot-spring water.

Meals & stay plans

Breakfast is a Japanese set meal rather than a buffet. Meals may be served in your room or a dining room; the venue generally cannot be chosen and can differ between dinner and breakfast. Dinner sittings are 17:30 or 18:30, and the hotel says it cannot serve dinner to arrivals from 19:00. Dietary arrangements are limited: allergies need advance notice, while same-day requests and preference-based ingredient substitutions are not accepted.
