Onsen & bathing
The circular Daïmaru bath and rock bath switch between men and women by time of day. There are also baths for private use. The bath page says to reserve after arriving from 15:00, while the FAQ says no reservation is needed; check the arrangement at reception. Most rooms have shared bathrooms and toilets; the FAQ identifies Sakura 2 as an exception. The FAQ states that tattoos are not restricted.

Meals & stay plans
Choose between the standard kaiseki course and seasonal special courses; dishes change with the ingredients available. Dinner plans require arrival by 18:00, with dinner from 18:00 and breakfast from 08:00. Vegetarian arrangements can be requested: specify whether meat or fish stock, shellfish, eggs and dairy are acceptable. Groups staying in several rooms may dine in a banquet room depending on space.

Before you book
Check-in starts at 15:00; luggage can be left earlier. Sleeping arrangements use futons rather than beds. The FAQ says the property is not entirely smoke-free and offers deodorising for non-smoking requests, so check the exact room if smoke sensitivity matters. Arrive by 18:00 when booking dinner. There is no elevator.
