Every guestroom has its own open-air onsen bath. The two communal baths, Ukigumo and Kurumazawa, alternate between men and women. Listed opening hours are 05:00–24:00, with last entry at 23:30.

Meals & stay plans
Dinner options include a premium buffet, kaiseki and teppanyaki at the separate Geihinkan building. Breakfast is a Japanese-and-Western buffet. Choose the dinner format, time and venue with your package; teppanyaki requires advance reservation and an upgrade. According to the FAQ, individually adapted dinners for food allergies are unavailable.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. All guestrooms are non-smoking. Dinner packages can have different arrival deadlines, so check the selected plan's check-in window. Pets are not allowed. Children still wearing nappies cannot enter the communal bath tubs; the hotel directs families to the wash area or their in-room onsen instead.
