Onsen & bathing
The panoramic Sokai and Myojo communal baths switch between men and women and include open-air bathing and saunas. Three paid private baths—Hinoki, Iwa and Silk—use one-hour sessions by reservation. Silk-no-yu is not a hot spring. Tattoos are not permitted in the communal baths; the conditions for your room bath or a private session should be checked separately.

Meals & stay plans
Dinner choices include modern Japanese cuisine at Mutsuki and grilled meat-and-seafood courses at Tomura. These are different venues and courses, so choose the dining plan you actually want. Mutsuki also serves Japanese breakfast, with published hours of 07:30–10:00. Allergy arrangements have a limited scope; check the hotel’s policy before selecting a meal plan.

Before you book
Room choices vary by Japanese or Western layout and by the east or west building. The West Building Universal Room is a non-smoking room for two with a transfer bench for its outdoor onsen; the hotel asks guests to enquire by phone to book it. Do not assume a generic OTA room category is the same accessible room. Reservable private baths require a separate paid slot.
