Kaiseki dinner and breakfast are served in a dining area divided into semi-private spaces. Dinner sittings are 17:30 or 19:30; the hotel says it cannot serve dinner for arrivals after 20:00. Vegetarian dinner and breakfast require a request by 16:00 five days before the stay. Children’s Japanese meals are also offered. Menus and breakfast hours vary seasonally.
