Kyoto-style kaiseki dinner is served course by course in your room, with some plans adding a beef course. Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian requests must be made at least three days before arrival. The kitchen cannot provide meals without miso and soy sauce or guarantee complete allergen removal, so this should not be treated as a general gluten-free guarantee.
